ABB Hungary is once again launching its Women’s Mentoring Program, inviting female students studying technical and engineering disciplines to apply.
The program offers participants the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the everyday work of an international technology company and the engineering profession while still at university. With a commitment of just a few hours per month, students can learn from experienced professionals and female leaders, receive personal mentoring support, and build valuable professional connections.
The mentoring program aims to support female students in their professional development and career planning. Participants can explore the diversity of engineering careers while gaining practical experience and building connections that can also support them when starting their professional careers.
Based on the experience of previous years, participants have responded positively to the initiative, and several former participants have started their professional careers at ABB.
Who is the program for?
The program is open to female students studying technical and engineering disciplines who would like to prepare more consciously for their professional careers, gain insight into the corporate environment, and learn from experienced professionals.
