More than 100 students and lecturers took part in the autumn hiking trip organised by Óbuda University’s Alba Regia Faculty in the scenic Vértes Hills, near Csákberény. The pleasant sunny weather, colourful autumn forests and beautiful natural surroundings created the perfect setting for relaxation, recharging and strengthening the faculty community.
The hike provided students and lecturers with an opportunity to connect outside the university environment and spend time together in an informal setting. Combining physical activity with time spent in nature supported both physical and mental well-being, while also creating shared experiences and strengthening the sense of community at the Alba Regia Faculty.
For Óbuda University, providing a supportive and community-oriented environment is an important complement to high-quality professional education. Programmes such as the faculty hike encourage an active lifestyle, well-being and meaningful connections within the university community.
