According to the Rector’s Directive on the use of mobile subscriptions and devices under the Obuda University fleet, employees not under probation are entitled to apply for a self-financed mobile subscription for themselves and their close family members by initiating the process of joining the DKÜ mobile fleet contract (Annex 1).
The financial countersignature and approval of the Chief Financial Director are not required if the employee agrees to pay the costs through payroll deduction, for which a declaration must be submitted.
For university-funded subscriptions, the University may provide a mobile phone device, depending on available financial resources.
