Employee Well-being
Obuda University has maintained and developed measures for responsible employment, workplace well-being, and family-friendly workplace initiatives for many years. Employee well-being is not only about the employees themselves; it is also a shared interest of the organization, influencing satisfaction, work motivation, performance, commitment, and loyalty. We aim to make transparent, sustain, and further develop recreational events and initiatives that foster employee well-being, many of which have already been implemented at Obuda University and remain accessible.
Environmental Awareness
We place great emphasis on increasing energy efficiency. Alongside conscious waste management, we ensure the possibility of selective collection. As an eco-friendly solution, we promote more efficient resource management by using paperless administration. We increase green areas and prioritize e-vehicles in our fleet, thereby contributing to the preservation of urban biodiversity.
