The University may provide school start support to employees whose children attend public education institutions in Hungary or equivalent institutions within the EEA. The benefit applies if the employee (or their spouse/partner living in the same household) receives child benefit for the child.
For the 2025 academic year, full-time or part-time employees (not under probation) with children in elementary or secondary school are entitled to HUF 46,000 per child as educational support. The support may be provided as a cash payment or in kind within 60 days before the start of the school year.
