The “Million Steps for Your School” initiative has brought another success story: the Boldogkőváralja District Primary School, supported by Óbuda University, was selected among the 100 winning institutions and will receive a HUF 1 million sports equipment grant.
The program aims to promote regular physical activity while strengthening school communities across Hungary. Employees of Óbuda University joined forces with the Lifray team and the school’s dedicated students, collectively completing 14 Blue Circle challenges. As a result, the school earned 14 entries in the prize draw, significantly increasing its chances of success.
The grant will help provide modern sports equipment for students and create additional opportunities for physical activity and healthy lifestyles. The achievement also demonstrates the positive impact that can be created when universities, corporate partners, and local communities work together toward a common goal.
