Invitation: Ferenc Szőnyi – 12,500 km
We are pleased to invite you to a special evening with world champion ultratriathlete Ferenc Szőnyi at Obuda University. He will share his experiences from his record-breaking 12,500 km self-supported cycling journey across Canada – the ‘TransCanada Challenge.’ Only a few have ever completed this challenge, and Szőnyi achieved a new world record by finishing it in 45.5 days.
His extraordinary accomplishment is not only a milestone in sports history but also a testament to endurance, courage, and determination.
